Getting Started
Sign up with your email, then import a bank statement (CSV or PDF) from the Import screen. Claro will automatically categorize your transactions and generate spending insights. Use the Ask tab to chat with Claro about your finances.
Supported Banks
Claro auto-detects RBC and Wise statement formats. For other banks, import a CSV and Claro will guide you through mapping the columns. PDF statements from any bank are supported through AI extraction.
Common Questions
My transactions show as “Uncategorized”
Claro automatically categorizes transactions using AI after import. If some remain uncategorized, they'll be processed on the next app open. You can also re-import to trigger categorization.
My data isn't showing on another device
Sign in with the same account. Your data syncs automatically when you open the app.
PDF import failed
PDFs are limited to 100 pages. For large annual statements, try importing monthly statements instead. The PDF must contain a transaction table — image-only PDFs are not supported.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and tap “Delete account.” This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
