Secure the data before launch
Review and rewrite row-level security policies so each user can read and change only what they should, and test the policies against real roles.
Fix a backend that is slowing down

Add auth, payments and webhooks
Supabase Auth flows, Stripe payments and webhook handlers in edge functions, with errors handled and logged.
Take over an existing Supabase project
Read through the migrations and policies, document what is there and continue development without breaking production.

QuestionsBefore we start
Can you work on a Supabase project someone else started?
Yes. A large share of my client work has been on existing codebases. I start by reading the schema, migrations and policies, then write down what I find before changing anything.
Do you only work on the backend?
No. I usually build the React, Next.js or React Native side as well, so the interface and the access rules are designed together.
