Documents are part of the interface.
Healthcare billing teams work with payer policies spread across long documents. Axlow provides a question-based search interface over that material.

Retrieval before an answer.
My scope included document retrieval and the citation layer. The public study summarizes those responsibilities; company implementation details remain private.

A result needs to be inspectable.
The citation layer gives the person reading an answer a path to the original source. Making that relationship inspectable was central to the search experience I worked on.
